I live in Charlotte Nc, formerly of Mcdowell Co, been in NC for 21 years.
My mother has liver cancer and lives in Bluefield, I have decided to move Mercer County, to be close to my mom and dad, because they are both ill.
I have been offered a job in Mercer Mall, I am a barber/stylist have been one for almost 20 years.
So my problem is I need to find a place to live, I have need to find a place that allow small pets, even if I have to pay a deposit, I am looking for at the least 2 bedrooms, I will be the only one residing in the home.
I am looking for rent to be between 400 and 500, no trailer parks, don't mind mobile homes just can't be on top of each other, private lots is preferable. I AM A NON SMOKER AND LIKE TO BE PRIVATE, I AM VERY FRIENDLY, BUT WHEN I AM HOME I WANT QUIET.
Hoping to get moved in by the middle of June. If I have to rent starting June 1st in order to get in I will pay the rent and move in as soon as I can.
I know something has to be out there, I want to be with my mom as soon as possible!!!! She needs me and most of all I need her!!!
Should be the best time to find a rental..college is out in both Athens and Bluefield. Princeton???

Ask your manager to ask the clientele...doubt if it would take a few hours to make up a list....she could e-mail it to you.
Any chance you can move in with your parents until you find a place? Being in the area is the best way to find the ideal place. The amount you can afford for rent won't be a problem although the pets might be. Expect a pet deposit. Sometimes it is a percentage of the rent and sometimes it is just a higher non-refundable deposit, but it is most certainly doable. You might want to look into a rent to own house too. Lots of those around.
