Hi, I am in need of a pediatrician for my two girls ages 2 and 3. One who is knowledgeable, nurturing and patient. One who thinks outside of the box when/if necessary. I don't want one that is all the way to the left or right of the spectrum if you know what I mean.
I would love to hear of personal experiences thanks!

I started using Saw Mill Pediatrics in Hawthorne. She is a sole practitioner with a nurse practitioner in the office on Thursdays. She has been okay with spacing out the vax, not much pressure, not judgemental. So far, I have been comfortable there. Quiet office, never a wait. I interviwed a lot of peds int he area. Where have you lookd, who did you liek, not like? I am interested in hearing others perspectives. I know how frustrating the search can be. Hope to hear back.
Your location makes a huge difference. Also, do your girls have any special health issues or are you looking for your average immunizations/strep/earache type services?
I live in the bronx, and I drive to saw mill pediatrics in hawthorne. It is about 25 minutes from me. My 4 year old daughter had/has sensory issues/speech delays, feeding issues since birth, bowel issues too. She goes to a GI, and is doing much better. My 17 month old had milk allergy. Thankfully, my girls dont have any real major health problems. The ped I use is affiliated with Maria Ferrari Childrens Hospital. I have switched docs twice already, this is my third one. So far, no major complaints on my end. Where are you at with your search, what have you come across, are you looking for a specialist in a certain area?
The pediatricians at Pelham Pediatrics, in Pelham, are fantastic with all of the above. The problem is that they are in such demand, that I have waited in the waiting room for a long time, and have had problems getting timely appointments, yet, people who are friendly with the front office get right in. I move to Pediatric Group of New Rochelle, which is not as warm and fuzzy, but has fair office staff.
