...This is what happened to me, in one home,.....the attic was suppose to be cleaned out. On the day of the closing I took the Realtor's word that it was, she cleaned it out OK ...she took all the good items, furniture, antiques, fishing poles ETC. left me with all the junk, Asbestos shingles......... next time I purchase a home and I find junk that has to be cleaned out, there will be $1000.00 in escrow held by my attorney and added to the contract, before signing. In laymens words, get all your demands in writing, also the same for the home inspection. Good Luck
