The town of Greenburgh includes six incorporated villages, three unincorporated hamlets as well as some additional unincorporated area - services and amenities vary significantly between these. All of the villages and some (all?) of the hamlets have children oriented amenities limited to residents.
There are a few town level amenities for unincorporated areas like the Veteran Park pool which you can access with a town unicard. Check out the greenburgh town website for specifics. Note several of these are limited to only unincorporated residents and exclude those who reside in the villages (pretty wacky).

Snow clearing is pretty good, but it depends which services you are getting and how high priority a street you live on. Our village refuse collection is quite good, but that also varies by location.
