I've posted about this question before.. and here I am again We live in NYC and are moving to Westchester. I really really want to move into a condo or a gated community type situation.. I think it will be much easier since we have a toddler and a newborn. I assume most of these have a playground and/or pool ... or at least looking to have a small backyard area so I don't have to schlep around with my kids like I do here in the city (everyday). I have searched on my own and I've contacted some of the major agencies but have NOT been able to find rentals in these condos.. Does anyone know where I can find a list of condos so I can call each one? We need to move out soon and I'm running out of time.. anywhere within 20-30mins from Rye Brook.. school districts not important right now.. thanks a million!! Now that we are finally leaving the city, I really want to move into a more comfortable situation.. and this is for now what I found as a solution.. but if you have any other ideas since you are already there... let me know? what to do with the kids? I don't want to drive all the time with them... that's why I'd rather have the entertainment very nearby..

This isn't a condo, but if you're planning to rent anyway, you might want to check out Banks Street Commons. My boyfriend and I are signing a lease there on Sunday, so I can't vouch for living there yet, but they do have a pool and a kids' playroom, plus concierge and some outdoor space. It's no fee, even through a broker. I used Kinley Brown at Paddington Stone Realty in White Plains and she was wonderful. I can't say enough nice things about her. If you check the thread about the renting couple moving from NYC to Westchester, I posted there 2 days ago, and someone was nice enough to respond to my post and tell me that we made a great choice picking this building. Kinley also showed us 2 condos that we could rent (also both no-fee), so there are options out there. Good luck!!

The Bank Street Commons is a nice building, but its crazy expensive (much like most of Westchester).

If you go to the website, it lists the rents for the different floor plans and the amenity and application fees. There are also additional fees for parking and pets. It's significantly less than Manhattan (which isn't to say that everything in the NYC-metro area isn't expensive).
