I just wanted to know when it comes to taxes, is it true that because I live in the Bronx that I have to pay Westchester taxes since I'm working in another county? Also do I have to fill out another tax form for Westchester when filing my taxes? Please let me know. Thanks

There is no such thing as "Westchester taxes". If you own property in Westchester County, you will have to pay property taxes on such property. If you don't, than you don't.

If you work in Yonkers, you will have to pay a very small Yonkers commuter type of tax.

No such thing as Westchester tax. If you are renting, you may be better off renting in Westchester though. You can avoid that NYC income tax.

New York City and Yonkers charge their residents an income tax. No part of westchester county has an income tax. You pay income tax in NY state based on your residence, if there is an income tax applicable to you ohter than the state tax. So you pay NYC income tax in addition to NY state income tax. There is no income tax in westchester. Move to westchester for an easier commute and less tax.
