Vegan Food? (Raleigh, Boone, Blowing Rock: restaurants, kitchen, grocery)

Hi!

We're planning a weekend visit to Boone/Blowing Rock from Raleigh. Does anyone have a recommendation for vegan food?

I've found Hob Nob, which looks great.

Coyote Kitchen has some vegetarian and vegan food, but I don't know if they have a vegan section of a kitchen. They also cook hormone free meats. I've never been there, though.

There is an Earth Fare grocery store, which is awesome, and they have a large deli/fresh cooked meal section with many veg/vegan selections.

The Laughing Seed comes to mind, although honestly, you can probably find vegan food at most restaurants downtown.
