At this time here in Hendersonville, condos are flying off the shelf, and 99% of them are way overpriced. Sometimes selling for more than asking price. 1100 sq. ft. avg. Condos that were selling in the early to mid $100's are now around $180-to $200's depending on amenities and popularity. No new condos are being built, so therein lies the demand, and most need work or new kitchens etc. etc. A kenmure condo for those prices may also need work; and I believe that Kenmure may have some extra fees outside of the condo fees. Even so, I'd rather buy in there than some overpriced old condo where the fees are going up because of the exterior upkeep, and just because "they can get it". Look up condos in Henderson County on www.Realtor.com or a major real estate franchise's website here for an eye opening experience.

Since then, however, you can expect a huge jump in prices, at the Oaks and the HOA upkeep keeps rising along with the prices; and the majority of units have not been updated; plus not many with garages.
