Moving to Ashland... relocation resources? (rental, house, properties)

Hi everyone,

We just found out we're moving to Ashland and we need to secure a place ASAP so we can line up our moving arrangements. We need to be there in about 3 weeks!

Visiting and house hunting isn't an option in the small amount of time we have to move, so can anyone offer any advice on how to find a rental house in Ashland online or over the phone? I know about the classifieds via the Daily Press newspaper but they're not providing many results. Do any of the realtors in town handle rental properties, and if so, who should I contact? Are there any other avenues I haven't considered? We're looking for a smallish 2-3 bedroom house that will allow our one small adult dog.

Thanks a million for the reply. I pm'd you last night but I got lucky this morning and was able to secure a house!!
