Wisconsin now demands that out-of-state visitors to its casinos who have a slot machine return of $2000 or more (not income - but gross receipts) have to file a Wisconsin income tax return and pay income tax on the gross receipt - even if it is not income and you lose money that day in the casino! How can they get away with this? This is driving away every Illinois senior who used to bus up there once a month!
just send em all the money you are not using . I think that is in the new tax code
