it is the norm, are you deluded? I don't like her, and wish to **** her up a bit.
OK, we get it. You are insecure and have sociopathic tendencies. Not sure why you feel the need to keep posting about it unless you also have a healthy dose of narcissism, which may indeed be the case.
I wish I could say that you'll suffer for it but considering the corporate world is littered with sociopaths who make everyone around them miserable and leave, you'll probably do quite well. Can I suggest a job in Finance?
The other posters aren't deluded. They are normal. Unfortunately I don't think you are capable of understanding that.
I think you want a raise or a promotion. I also think you want to stop working in a team with those people you keep bringing up. You are like a caged animal. I personally hate working in teams. Destructive competition amongst co-workers is bound to happen. Sometimes mobbing happens to eliminate the perceived "villain." It will inevitably happen.
How do you know he isn't dealing with a passive aggressive sociopath woman? It takes one to know one. Plus you said it yourself, they make everyone around them miserable and leave. Sometimes the sociopath leaves and of course there are three or four sociopaths waiting to take over his or her bulldog tasks.

How is showing one instance of non-kindness bad? some people deserve it/warrant it. the other posters aren't nice people, so they deserve it too.
What goes around eventually comes around .... I, and millions of others, cannot stand working with folks who think the way you do. Trust me honey, you won't be successful trying to sabotage the work of others. What companies are looking for these days are team players and this does not seem to be your strongest point ... Something to think about.
you deserve punishment, since you're deluded and not nice.
I'd venture to say you are only not a better employee, but you are seriously lacking in any and all human interpersonal skills to manage on a daily basis.
Many companies offer reimbursement for courses related to your job, even if they are non-accredited, self improvement classes and look favorably on those who take such initiative. Maybe, you could talk to your boss or HR about this.
