my husband boss loan him some money, on a monday,the deal was 100dlrs every week,i went that week on friday to get his check,turns out the boss took it with him out of town,that friday my husband went into the er,he fell really hard,on back and neck,was on pain meds for a week! so he never got paid,he went in today to get his check,well the boss said since he broke the contract he kept his check,can someone actually do that!! i mean my husband was going to pay him,but he was in the er,so i was,and well no check!!!!!!
