It's so juvenile. Ignore them. If they keep it up, start looking for a new job. Frankly the economy is in the dumps and quitting/resigning is the last thing that anyone should do.Be prepared to have a 1-3 year gap on your resume if you plan on quitting/leaving. If anything you should sabotage them or play so that they get fired or end up leaving, if you're in the position do get that done or if you're good at playing office politics. The smart thing would be to passive aggressively get THEM out or that particular individual who is the troublemaker.

Yea, that's not going to happen because they are working for a completely separate office from me. But I just have to hope karma will get them in the long run.
I wrote before about how I am pretty close to quitting my current job due to the hostility and toxic work environment.
now I can hear them LOUDLY speaking about the two of us. Today I heard one of them call us a curse word in Spanish (I don't know how to spell it, but I can sound it out Bendeho??).
I mean, is this even legal? I understand if you don't want to speak or be friendly to me, but do you have to gossip and say nasty things about us OUT LOUD so we can hear???

I'm confused. Who works in a completely separate office from you?
I have a job where customers can call us and talk to us anyway they want. We are not able to hang up what so ever, no, matter what they say to us. We are told to ask them nicely to stop or we will have to transfer them to sup. Well, there is never a supervisor available. I've been cursed, talked down to and yelled at for years. And most of the time, they ARE NOT cursing the company, it is directed at me. I've worked in this environment for over 6 years and finally had enough, I hung up on a jerk and got suspended from work for two days. We have no rights, 50% of the employee's that have been there as along as I have are seeing counselors. The state I live in does not have any laws what so ever to protect employees.
