Depends. Can be as much as 80 or closer to 50 depending on the time of year and what is going on.

Our official workday is 37.5 hours a week, however as management I am not paid hourly, so not subject to overtime and currently spend about 9 hours a day at work. That will likely increase in two weeks when one of my staff leaves and I have to hire and train a replacement.

I also have a home based side business that averages another 10 hours a week on weekends and evenings.

Depends on work load.

Some weeks it is 20 or less and others can see 80.

On average I would say around 48.

Your not a manager for a retail store are you? I used to work retail, and their employee workweek was 37.5 hours, always thought that was weird.

Depends, I may be at work for all 168 hours that week and get paid for all 168 hours but actually only work 10 hours or less. I am paid from the moment I sign in at the center to the moment I sign out regardless of the amount of actual work I have to do. My average week is about 80 paid hours with about 24 - 36 hours of actual work. I will die on the job before I give this job up! Of course we do have a 30 year forced retirment and I;m about 4 years away.
