Ok, I was offered a job at an interview 3 weeks ago. I accepted and have corresponded with the hiring manager via email. Last week, she informed that training would begin on Monday and that she would send out an email this week with confirmation for all new-hires.
It's Thursday and still no e-mail. Do you think it's appropriate to reach out to her at this point and inquire if I'm still a go for Monday or should I just wait it out till tomorrow?

No, I was offered the job at the end of the last interview. I've never received an offer letter in the mail for any job I've had...
Well how is it official then if you have no letter? Verbal Job offers are not official and having something in writing with a start date and salary is what most people receive before they start a job.
I would definitely reach out and tell her that you don't mean to bother her, but you haven't gotten the training info and wanted to make sure it hadn't gotten lost in the mail/e-mail.

It depends on the job. Retail, food service, clerical, blue collar, etc. seldom if ever have offer letters.

Well, I filled out paperwork and do have an email listing the start date as 4/2. Normally I would have assumed that meant show up on 4/2 but the fact that she said she would send a confirmation email this week is what has me concerned.

If you were OFFERED the job I don't think you have to sit and wonder what the deal is because the decision has been made. So I will call ASAP to get clarification since you were offered the job. It's not like you are trying to find out if a decision has been made
