Hi
I'm from Romania,European Union, and I've been already to the United States as a tourist but I want to know if its easy to get a job there or not.
I have Masters degrees in Law and I had for 4 years my own business so except all this I don't have much experience in the working field.I'm 27
What do I need or what do I have to do in order to get a job in the US?

Thank you!

you should contact your local us consulate office in romania and asked them about the us visa process for employment. but the easiest ive seen for foreign nationals is when they apply for jobs in the us with companies headquartered in the office. i.e. - itll be easier for a german national to come to the us with a job from a german manufacturer or bank (deutsche) or a japanese national to get transfered to the U.S. with Nissan. or since you have no real experience apply for a trainee or apprentince program with one of the large multinational corporations. good luck.

If you go to the Legal Immigration forum on this website you'll find a link to the USCIS website linked in the first "sticky" on the forum page. It's very easily navigable and you should find all the information you need right there to determine whether you're eligible or not to apply for a visa and which one. This is NOT an easy road and your law degree really means very little in the US as, even if you do find an employer in the field willing to sponsor you, you would still have to pass the local bar in order to practice. Anyway, go through that website (the "bible" of immigration) and you'll get a better idea of what's involved.
