I used to have a job like that. I could dress however I wanted. So, I put on my blue jeans, put on a polo shirt, put on some tennis shoes, and went to work.
I get to do this now…I work from home so on days I don't need to leave the house, I *might* decide to change into a clean pair of pajamas. If/when I go back to working clinically, then it's scrubs which are essentially as comfortable as PJ's…I hate the days I have to dress up for work.
I get to do this now and I have to say that it's one of the best things about my job. Benefit of working in the public sector and behind the scenes (in IT). I typically wear jeans and a polo with a pair of casual shoes.
Benefit of being a yoga instructor: I get to wear yoga pants to work.
I hope you're a female.
