I can't imagine that a hospital wanted to hire someone with an out-of-control body odor problem - even the suggestion of a lack of hygiene would seem to be a liability, wouldn't it?
I worked in an office at one time where one of our staff smelled to high heaven, and only had two suit to wear to work. Plus, he was married with a couple of little kids, and the wife was the same way, but the kids were clean. The rest of us got together to see what we could do, and decided to send him a care package, with soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and laundry detergent in it. It helped a little bit, but not much.
