You are not perfect. I can tell that you aren't by the way the bathroom door flies open while the toilet is in mid-flush that you have failed to wash your hands.
She may just be too eager to please and make a good impression, so she may be doing things like this to show others that she is a clean, organized, neat, reliable, etc., person. If it really gets on your nerves, though, you and your friends could start copying her to show her how arrogant she sounds. It's a playful way of dealing with an annoying problem. If she gets annoyed in turn or starts complaining about you, remind her that this is what she is doing and it gets on your nerves just as much.
