I am not sure if this question has been asked before so don't shoot me if it has, but with a good recommendation or reference put aside to help you get another job, if you do decide to leave the company you work for, which one is more important to get along with, your co-workers or your boss?
Agree, boss as it would be the most influential reference to new employers. I have used coworkers as reference also but always include past supervisors and they will be the best impact on giving your job performance.
