I recently got a yearly raise of 2.75 %. Ive been at the same company for 4 years and this is basically what the raises have been every year. Is this normal or does this seem low? We also get a yearly bonus that is 10% of our salary so i always feel grateful for that but ive been told that's pretty standard.
Im starting to feel like i should look around elsewhere. My salary has barely moved since first starting there....but maybe this is just how it is and it would be the same if i went somewhere else?
No idea as to what you are doing now or what you are paid. No need to answer. You should start doing some research on the internet. Then maybe go to a job placement agency. Check the help wanted adds etc.
From what you said it does not sound like a bad job.
Same here. Our annual increase is even lower and bonus is rather symbolic, if any. However, if someone had much better conditions they probably wouldn't have time for this board.
