As of right now I have two offers in hand from two different companies and I must make a decision of which one to accept. They both have the same starting salaries, and benefits package, but there are the key differences based on things that matter to me:

Company ABC:
Pros:
- Decent sized discretionary bonuses
- Cool office location
- Cool Team
- 35% Travel (with atleast one or two international locations a year)
Cons:
- 2 weeks PTO/Vacation (none of your unused days roll over to the following year)

Company XYZ:
Pros:
- 3 weeks PTO (I like to travel and take cool extended vacations so theres that)
- 35% Travel (no guarenteed international travel, there are world wide offices that may need a visit from time to time)
- $2,500 sign on bonus
Cons:
- Location is in a warehouse industrial office park
- No ongoing bonus structure
- Known for a high turnover rate

Which would you choose?

PS. I tried to negotiate the PTO up on the first company but they wont budge.

Based on what you've posted here, I would choose Company ABC -- because high turnover is an enormous red flag. Good luck with your decision.

I'd go with ABC given the choices but I would personally never accept a job with less than 3 wks vacation. Really less than 4 at this point (I get 7). For me though money isn't as important as time off for my family and traveling. I like to work very hard when I'm at work but also play hard when I'm not.
