Good afternoon. We are in the process of relocating as I already have a job in the state and my wife and kids will be coming out after the school year. My wife's recently had a phone interview and believed it went well. She actually will be out with me looking at homes in the upcoming week and told ten that at the end of the interview and they made mention to let them know the dates and they will "make it happen" for what I believe would be the second interview. The initial interview went well and the interviewers even made mention that it went well. She sent a follow up email the next day to give availability during her trip out (as she had to get flight info etc) it has been 3 days since the initial interview and she has not heard back from the follow up email and sent a follow up today. Is this a potential "sign" that the interview didn't go as well as it seemed and thought?

Based on personal experience, I wouldn't say the interview didn't necessarily go "not as well" as thought. I have had an interview before and waited over a week to find out that I was hired.

it's been 2 days since you made the thread

is this a symptom of the instant reply from texting? expecting an answer right away? in 24-48 hours?

give them a week or two, all those 10-15 business day signs that are posted everywhere aren't for decoration

Good luck to her. I know it's stressful waiting, but the employers are not under the same stress as you and your wife are.
