Either $$$ or % response is fine. Don't need plan specifics since it varies a lot
My response and example would be - with my current plan, I pay $20/month for myself, adding spouse would be $80/month total, adding children would be $200/month total

I’m paying $32/month for a decent copay plan, souse would add 150 but she has her own through her employer, kids would be included with spouse amount but ours are grown and have their own now.

I paid $38 a month, I had a $1,500 max out of pocket limit (Hit that in 4 months) and then everything was free afterward.
I pay about $160 for me and 1 child. That is an HSA with my employer funding it $2500 a year, which is basically the deductible.
That's really good!
I pay $120 for myself and my daughter (until she's 26) but it would've still only been $120 total for a family of 4. Too bad I didn't have any more kids. No employer funded HSP, but one from the last employer, as they put $3000 into one instead of paying out my vacation time. Oh well! First world problems.
If you're a low income worker (<$50,000/yr), our health insurance plan is free for single, single+1, family, etc.
It then tiers up as your salary goes up >50K<75K, >75K<150K, >150K.
I fall under >75K<150K and rates are:
Single $45
Employee + Children $82
Employee + Spouse $90
Family $137
(This is per bi-weekly paycheck)
I work for a non-profit health insurance company, so the coverage is pretty excellent for what you pay -- looking at my 2017 summary, I paid in $3,500 for premiums while the company's contribution was $20,300.
For an example, my wife and I recently had a child and we paid $0 out of pocket.
$300 a month for a high deductible plan and a family of 4. Dental and vision add another $50 or so. Employer funds the first 1/4 of the deductible through an HRA.
