For me, it's the Passive Aggressive's. I know people overuse that word, but I'm talking about those who are card carrying Union members of the Passive Aggressive Club. Aggressive types I have more respect for--at least they value direct communication and you know where they stand!

Constant complainers and whiners. Don't like it? Quit and move on.
Tattle-tales, definitely. I've been at my current job long enough (6 years) now, that I know which colleagues to REALLY watch my mouth around - because they're the first to go "tattling" to the boss, even if it's nothing worth reporting. We're all adults, so either suck it up or talk directly to the person who's bothering you.
The angry" I hate humanity" types. Is it normal to NEVER be in a good mood? To wear a constant constipated look on your face and to view the people around you as irritants you have to tolerate?
I'm also guilty of complaining but I can always make a joke or find something to laugh at. Both are ways of venting and coping with stress, IMO.
I do work with what I'd call a "Debbie Downer" type. But by philtering out and ignoring the negativity, that behavior mostly stopped.
People who constantly complain about their jobs. 99% of people have a choice, and could apply for different jobs if they wanted to. I have a fairly low tolerance for people who come to work complaining about how much they hate their jobs while doing nothing to find a new one, or improve the one they have.

Same here.
Sad thing is, people do get raises for complaining. They have a way of making it sound like they are the hardest working people in the building. Some managers buy it and give them raises even to there is hardly any truth behind their words...
