I'm referring to bad days during the week and not on the day before your days off. Those are easier. I usually take a long shower, remind myself that tomorrow is another day and tell myself I can choose to start tomorrow fresh instead of bringing the negativity in.
What do you do?

Dog, food, wine, videos, and a meditation app to help me fall asleep. Love this guy:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/deep...337349999?mt=8

You can check him out for free on YouTube to see if you like him before you buy the app. But, the app is only $3. He has a great Scottish accent, and a very soothing, kind voice. Puts me to sleep every night.

Usually I try to do yoga or some sort of exercise after work to get my mind off it. For example, today I had a somewhat annoying day mostly due to issues not related to work and I did a nice relaxation yoga class this evening that helped me clear my mind. Other exercise also does the same thing.

Play with the cat. And tell myself that the only constant is change.
