Hello
First off excuse any grammatical errors , I am in need of helpful advice and insight with my problem .so , I was hired in 2016 was one of the first payroll reps that was hired when my company initially opened this call center . it makes me feel bad that all the payroll reps who were hired in 2016 are invited to meetings to upgrade our software and everyone that has the title of payroll specialist II are asked to help with the testing of the new software except me . Other s get special projects to work on and special training and you guess it except me

As far as I know I do a good job , I always get compliments on my work ethic, professionalism . I am often described as being kind , sweet and caring

Yet I get treated the worst

Any idea what I should do ?

Have you talked to your supervisor about these perceptions you have? Why other people are given special assignments or projects and you are not? There is the chance that you are doing exactly what they NEED you to do for them, and you are great doing exactly that. If you want other assignments maybe you need to tell your supervisor you want more challenge or new projects. They may have no idea that you feel this way. Not too many mind readers around.

If you think this is being "treated terribly", then you'd better brace yourself for what true evil the work world can really dish out.

Like the previous poster said, just have a conversation with your boss and ask if you could be included in these projects. If you've had good reviews and are treated with respect in everything else, then seriously don't worry about this.

What Parnassia and Migatu said.

They would likely welcome the help and you boss would like the initiative.

Best of luck

As others have said, speak with your supervisor and then go from there.

Good luck to you!

Get a new job. It's always worked for me, when I was treated terribly.

If no other company wants to hire you, yours skills may not be as impressive as others with the same job experience. You can be happy knowing that you are the top of your current role. You can study on your own to do do something else.

I'm really not trying to offend you, but are your English speaking skills on the same level as your written skills? Maybe you are not coming off as professional as you would like to. You should consider asking your supervisor for extra training, make sure that he/she knows that you are interested in being part of the testing programs, and make sure that you are up to speed on everything that is required of a person in your position.

Hey, come on. Everything is relative to your situation. Everyone gets a piece of cake, is enjoying eating it, and no one even offers a slice to you. What's true evil is your insensitive response to someone's personal dilemma.
