City-Data is being inundated with threads about the Coronavirus. In the Work & Employment forum alone, more than a dozen threads have been started on this topic. Some have been merged and others have been moved to more appropriate fora, such as Politics, Current Events and Personal Finance. Please do not start any more COVID-related threads in W&E.
It's extremely time-consuming to keep cleaning up, moving and merging new threads on this topic. Any new virus-related threads in W&E will be closed with no further action taken.
Edited to add: A select few COVID-related topics may be permitted, such as the one wherein someone asked how to convince a small-business owner to stay home because his wife is home sick. But, generally, do not start new threads about the pandemic and its effect on your employment situation. Thank you.
