Hi everyone! I hope I am posting this in the right forum. I was wondering if anyone has worked at Sears Holdings corporate office in Hoffman Estates, IL and what your experience was while working there. How is the corporate culture and what do people wear to work? Thank you in advance.

didn't work there but worked at their call center. ALL employees are required to become brain dead. Management walks around like stepford wives clones repeating the company mantra. Normal folk don't last very long--you kow people who can and do think for themselves, aren't clones and don't plan on becoming brain dead. God forbid you speak your mind--that really FrEaKS em out.
