Question about jury duty

in NY an employer cannot make you work on a day you were supposed to serve and they cannot make you make up time lost from service for a day you were supposed to serve

it's hard to know what you are asking because this is tricky stuff. consult the juror court you are involved with

As a connecticut employer, if an employee is requested to jury duty in New York state must you still pay the first 5 days of pay for exempt employees?
