There are so many parts in Palawan that is not been so commercialized.
Also Malapascua Island. If you visit in an off peak season, you'll be like the only person there. Malapascua is so scenic with very beautiful diving spots. So far the best I've seen.
If you want an enchanting, with very few tourists. Try Siquijor Island.
Siquijor is a very under rated destination. Not even the locals have thought of it.

How about Hainan Island, China in the city of Sanya, has beachs like you wouldn't believe, I love it there.
