Examples please? I am sorry but all you do is spout your skewed opinion, the fact of the matter is London is one of the top world cities, there are plenty of other 'top world cities' too, London has an AWFUL lot of history and culture, it IS a 24 hour city, Paris is pretty bloody good too for many of the same reasons. Bangkok is also a wonderful 'top' world city but for the life of me I can't see why it is any better than London? I am sure there are things in Bangkok that perhaps London doesn't have (though I cant think of any off hand) but does Bangkok have one of the world 2 top theatre districts? Does Bangkok offer the range of world class sporting events (EPL, Wimbledon etc etc)? Does Bangkok have anything like the number of world class (free to enter) Museums? Does Bangkok have the same number of top rated 4 star restaurants? I honestly wouldn't know but there again I wouldn't simply claim Bangkok is sh*t when I actually don't know for sure how it is (unlike some posters!)

What happened to me in London was that I didn't get to meet a Scotsman from Fife who would show me a good time!!!

I can have a good time whilst an obituary is going

But point is I bet you never explored all London has to offer. Did you go to Shoreditch? Did you go to Soho? Did you go to the o2 for a concert? Did you explore London music scene, one of the best in the world? Did you visit the Roman ruins? Did you visit the countless world class museums? Did you take in a play in the West End? Did you visit the brilliant nightclubs like Fabric? Did you go and see a stand up comedian? Maybe take in a Champions League or Premier League game? Even take in a demonstration, they are fun! Did you go shopping in one of the best districts on earth?

Everything you want from going on a speed boat to a roller disco. From Wimbledon tennis to history.

You have changed your tune. You always rave about London.

Now you don't like it and you think our free speech and satire is the devil.

Must have woke up on the wrong side of the duvet.

please.... Compare London to cities its size such as Bangkok, Mexico city, Buenos aires, Tokyo, NYC, Shanghai, Rio... compare cuisine, nightlife, cultural venues... YOU'LL QUICKLY REALIZE LONDON IS VERY OVERRATED!
Actually London is very much on top when you compare cuisine, nighlife and cultural venues compared to those cities!! Next time you come here why don't you explore it properly.
