I call BS on both of those!

1. Pretty sure Americans are heavier, although many countries are starting to get close. Don't take away our last #1 ranking!

2. Aren't most of the youngest woman to ever get pregnant from the UK? Doesn't Great Britain have an abnormally high rate of teenage pregnancy?

9th That's Australia's position on all of these types of 'development' polls lol, we're always around there.

I'm surprised Greece is above Canada, that's a weird one. But as usual every Scandinavian country is on top, with Netherlands below them.

I was surprised to see all those seemingly ****ed-up Southern European countries up there.

I guess they are not that ****ed up after all.

Didn't make the top 25.

The United States ranked 33rd, behind Japan, and ahead of Slovakia.

I am actually surprised Canada dropped from 18th to 20th since last year.

I'm guessing they didn't take the lack of maternity leave too lightly...

Canada has paid maternity/paternity leave. I don't believe that's changed to make it drop. Must be some other factors...unless
of course you are referring to the United States???

I have SAD too but it's the opposite kind. I can't stand all that sunshine 300 days a year. I need my rain, my cloudy weather, my thunderstorms, etc.

I'm one of those weird people that get extremely hyper and happy when it's the middle of a storm, a drizzle, monsoon season, blizzards, etc.

Colder weather with the sunshine behind clouds makes me get up and go do something, exercise, visit places, anything. Hot sticky weather in the middle of the summer months makes me stay indoors all depressed. Just like people are sick and tired of rain and snow, there's such a thing like people getting sick and tired of the SUN.

I would trade my 300+ days of sunshine with maybe 20 days of sunshine in Alaska or Norway ANY DAY!
