South America is a large region with diverse countries and differing points of views.

At least with the Brazilians I know, they think he is an a**.

You selected the 'I am Northern European and I support Trump' option in the poll.

Can't even figure out why he's running. Wait, didn't he want to build a wall across the U.S./Canadian border or something? Lol.

Wonderful idea. I would forgive every other inane thing he's said and vote for him on that one issue.

That was Scott Walker.

Trump is much smarter, perhaps Canadian media is as corrupt and biased as the media in the US (though that would be pretty hard to beat)

No, it was reported as Scott Walker. It was reported that " Trump loves Canada " and wouldn't put a wall on the border if president.

What's odd is that one report said 41 percent of Americans support the idea of a wall between Canada and the US. FORTY-ONE PERCENT !!!

To me that is astounding.

Some people are just bored and support crazy things because it gets them excited. More construction jobs I guess.

It would be practically impossible to do so anyways.

Trump does support ripping up the destructive NAFTA agreement which should help both of our countries

It's important to note that this question was asked directly after the question about whether there should be a wall between Mexico and the US--which was also approved by exactly 41% of respondents. What this suggests to me isn't that 41% of America want a wall between the US and Canada, but that those supporting the wall with Mexico lack the ability to process and analyze information quickly.
