3. Variance of Nightlife
4. Street Atmosphere/Vibrancy
5. Late Night Street Food
6. Quality Level/Uniqueness of Drinks (spirits, wine, beer, etc.)
7. Comparison to smaller cities in LatAm (Montevideo, Cartagena, Valparaiso, etc.)
8. Comparison with stalwarts (such as Rio de Janeiro-excluded for obvious reasons and Miami)
9. Overall Preference

Bogota hands down for gig culture, musical variety and a respect for music origin - no city in the region comes close.

Buenos Aires for large scale clubs and partying all night. They go at it.

I hear Lima is good for the streer atmosphere in the summer months.

I was generally disappointed with Mexico City's nightlife although do like the region-wide festivals & concerts aspect. Also the street food stalls on every corner & the 24/7 OXO stores.
