Vancouver, BC's main newspaper is the Vancouver Sun. For anyone that is at all familiar with the climate of the Pacific Northwest, if that isn't an oxymoron, then I don't know what is!

Merriam-Webster pluralizes oxymoron as oxymora. I think it's pedantic, but I'd bet that most regular posters in the Writing forum have been accused of pedantry at some point.

So are curricula, cacti, and fora, but they sure sound better than the alternatives.
