The one I hate? The misuse of the word 'hysterical' as a synonym for 'hilarious.'

My current pet peeve is using "awesome" for situations and things that are not awesome in any way, shape or form. Such as "Awesome, Dude!" or that blister on your foot is really awesome....

The overuse of "awesome" pales in comparison to the overuse of "random" and "awkward," to me.

"Oh my god, that's soooo random."
"Wow. Awkward!"

Every time I hear either used, I have the urge to throw something...

I see they listed one of my hate-hate-hates: "Baby bump".

Makes pregnancy sound like a malignancy.

Yes! That too.

Also, "preggo" or "preggers." Just makes me want to throw up, for some reason. I recall when one of my friends announced via Facebook that she was pregnant by saying "My Eggo is preggo!," I made a tongue-in-cheek comment about placenta Eggos and killed the festivity (she deserved it).

I'm not a fan of "sick" to mean "good."

On the same vein of women's magazine lingo, I nominate "bod". In my opinion if "body" is too long a word for you, you qualify as mentally disabled.

I also hate "significant other", "dear hubby" and all the associated acronyms such as SO, DH, DS, DSIL, etc...
