Well, I've been corrected for my wording today and it was a complete embarrassment. Apparently there are words with racist connotation, like sass, which I didn't think were racist. I consulted my English slang dictionary a bit later and it doesn't say anything about that word. I guess that's worthless to me now.
Does anyone here know of a dictionary I could buy that has the most complete amount of words with racist connotation?
I want to live a long life, I can't afford to make people upset for my misunderstanding of the English language.
English isn't my first language, if that's relevant.
Don't toss your slang dictionary yet. Even The Urban Dictionary doesn't mention sass as being used in a racial manner. Urban Dictionary: sass I'm an English speaking native that reads a lot, and I've never heard or seen the word sass used in a racial context.
If you start worrying about the PC correctness of words, you will eventually figure out that you can't write anything. Someone will ALWAYS be offended, and if not, someone will figure out a WAY to become offended. Depending upon how the person "corrected" me incorrectly, I'd be tempted to make sure they never dared to try it again.
This just in: "the" is now considered a racist word. If we use this word (this is not a racist word . . . yet) we will lose our jobs, homes, friends, and eventually our lives. Or perhaps, we'll lose all of those things anyway if we don't grow a pair in dealing with the PC morons.

I think somebody's pulling your leg.
Well, I did some searching on the internet and apparently it is sometimes used in a negative context to describe people of a certain ethnic group and said people don't like such description.

Unless your context was saying "don't sass me, boy" I would agree.
I prefer to be polite with people, and I take the phrase "watch your language" seriously.
I'm of Lithuanian ancestry, and one of the words you just used in your post sounds similar to a Lithuanian word which is offensive to the Lithuanian PC police. It is so offensive and insensitive, that I won't even say which one it is. So I demand that you watch your language, and make sure you never use it again. It is up to you and your sense of politeness to find out which one is it and expunge it from your vocabulary. I am very offended that you have so little regard for being polite with us Lithuanian-Ameerican citizens, who are sick and tired of being oppressed by the insensitivity of blatantly prejudiced people like you, who can't be bothered with constant vigilance for things like this, that are subject to change on a day-to-day basis. I had just by chance mentioned your post to my Burmese friend, and he is furious that you used an offensive Burmese cognate in your post, too. But he is willing to cut you a little slack, because that word was only added to the Burmese PC list last Thursday afternoon. He will accept a simple apology, and not insist that you enroll in a sensitivity training course.
1. Blacks feel validated by having their own slang.
2. They hijack words that have been in the English language for centuries.
3. They adopt those words to be a part of black culture.
4. It is then considered condescending for white people to use those words.
5. You are called racist by the white PC police if you use them.
Is this so? Name a few.
