In the 8 years I've been here it seems like it. I remember a few years back (2014?) we had a rainy spring and the summer before that there was a drought. Anyway, I'm wondering if it necessarily means a bad winter.

I'm in Gillette, and it's been the rainiest summer I can recall, at least for the past 20 years. Usually I have to water my lawn constantly from mid-June until September, but I've only watered maybe a total of 15 hours all summer, and that was only in my front yard. Front and back are both green right now and have been all summer.
