Your absolute BEST bet would be to contact the local realtors (any, they all share info). I worked with 3 and can only suggest the one on the corner of 9th and main.

Lander has a VERY small rental pool. The apartments in town aren't known for the high quality of tenant, and houses are hit and miss depending on what's available.

Wyoming Advertiser (a couple listings..though I see there is one for a trailer 3 miles out..and if it's the one I lived in 10 years ago, they weren't well kept up..had an extreme mouse problem and heating issues which drove us to move after just 2 months there). Good luck!

I agree with both of the previous posts. People would rather hang on to their "for sale" houses forever rather than rent. Rentals are hard to find and you may have to settle for less than you want in terms of space and quality.
