Trying to get acclimated to our new surroundings and need to start setting up good drs. Could I get some advice on a great pediatrician in the Fort Mill area. I don't mind driving 30 minutes if need be to get to one that is reaaly good. Thanks in advance for your help! This is the kind of advice that can really make a huge difference!

OOps! Can't figure out how to edit. Sorry! Also, what about the Rock Hill Pediatric Clinic here in Fort Mill? Any specific dr. there? Also, anyone know about Dr. Weiss at the Steele Creek office for Charlotte Pediatric Clinic? Also, which dr. at the Kids First Clinic? Thanks!

No clue, we were going to Eastover Peds in Charlotte, but was a 45 min+ drive... Just not worth it. We have been very happy with Palmetto Peds, the others in FM did not take our insurance.... Good Luck.

We go to Charlotte Peds (Pineville Office right now). We love Dr. Smoak. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Weiss, but she is moving to the Matthews office this fall.

I plan to move over to Steele Creek office/Dr. Smoak when they open up the new one next year.

A lof of the mommies I know LOVE Kids First in Ballantyne.

I've heard mixed reviews about all the practices in Fort Mill & Rock Hill. To be honest, I've heard mixed reviews about Charlotte Peds too, but someone I really trust recomended them and I've really liked it so far. The nurses are so helpful.

Hope this helps.

Michelle

We also go to Charlotte Peds and use Dr. Smoak. We moved here about 1 year ago and are happy with him, he is very nice. We moved here from South florida and were very concerned about trying to replace our absolutely wonderful Ped from Fl. Charlotte Peds came highly recommended by our neighbors.
