Protesters at Spratt's office today. (Rock Hill: rating, surgery, town)

I was in downtown Rock Hill this morning and saw people gathering in front of Spratt's office. They had American flags and signs there were "anti-Obamacare." I asked a couple what they were protesting and the man said they were just trying to get his attention. I mentioned he was recuperating from foot surgery and they said they had both had foot surgery and thought he was taking too long to recover.

He is keeping a very low profile since he returned.
