The drive-thru cashier (employer in charge for the evening) did not ring up my order correctly. I was overcharged intentionally, knowingly, and without concern. When I asked for the corporate number, he was uncooperative and refused to share it with me. When I asked for his name, he refused to share it with me. When I asked for the manager’s name, he only gave me a first name. When I asked for the last name, he said he was too busy to give me her last name. He intended to give as little information as possible, hence why I cannot even file a complaint that includes his name.
I did get a photo of him and when I informed him that I was recording our phone call, that is the time he finally decided to share his manager’s last name. I was overcharged for my meal and had to deal with an unprofessional employee for the first time since being a loyal Jack-In-The-Box customer. Never in over 30 years of my life did I ever have an issue with any Jack-In-The-Box employee, but I guess there is a first time for everything! This guy is too ghetto to be working for Jack-In-The-Box, let alone the location in the nicer part of the city.
