Description: Six water-based attractions make Fremont’s Splash Station a good stop for summer fun. Two tall waterslides make the park visible from afar: the yellow body slide empties into the main pool and a blue “speed slide” empties into its own long, skinny trough. A huge water tower dumps more than 500 gallons of water every two minutes into the park’s zero depth pool area. A splashground for young children is adjacent to a small waterslide shaped like a train locomotive that’s a favorite with kids. A wave action lap pool was designed especially for the facility.
