  • Plumbing/Water/Sewage
    • Accessible/soap & towels provided (Hand drying not provided 6-301.12, p 173)
      Hand sink does not have paper towels at it and currently cloth towels are being used. Paper towels are required to open for lunch.
  • Facility/Equipment Requirements
    • Food contact surfaces (Beverage tubing/cold plates in contact with stored ice 4-204.16, p 110)
      Separate ice from beverage tubing. REPEAT.
    • Non-food contact surfaces (Nonfood-contact surfaces not clean 4-601.11(C), p 129, 4-602.13, p 133)
      Water is standing around beer kegs. This needs to be cleaned out to prevent mold growth. Mats behind bar have dirt accumulation and needs to be pulled up and cleaned underneath.
    • Walls, floors, ceiling, lighting (Floors, walls, ceilings installed, are not easily cleanable 6-201.11, p 166)
      As noted on numerous inspections, the floor in kitchen is in poor shape. Back room is dirt floor with planks covering these. This flooring MUST be replaced within 6 mos.

      Front screen has daylight shown at the bottom. Side door screen is ajar, back door is open without a screen. Keep screens tight on outer doors.

      Several utensils and pans were put away very wet. All dishes must be totally air dried before putting away to prevent mold growth.

    • Accessible/soap & towels provided (Hand soap/cleanser not provided 6-301.11, p 173)
      No soap at handsink. Need to keep container of soap at handsink to make it accessible.
  • Facility/Equipment Requirements
    • Food contact surfaces (Equip reassembled so food contact surfaces protected 4-902.12, p 141)
      Currently ice in bar area that is served in drinks has pop hoses in it. One hose is missing its holder and nozzle was laying in ice. Ice area needs to have separation from hoses.

    • Handling/storage/labeling of toxic items (Inadequate separation from food, equip, utensils, linens, single service 7-201.11, p 182)
      Chemicals were stored over ice machine. All chemicals must be separated from food.

      Ice machine lip is slimy and has a build up of black residue. Clean this regularly. The plastic container that bread is stored in has a build up of food particles.
