Physical facilities maintained in good repair Observation: Hole in the roof causing a leak into the kitchen. Leak is not over any storage areas, equipment, or surface. Leak falls directly on the floor within a foot of a floor drain. Maintenance was here at 6:30 this morning and someone will be out to fix the leak.
