Observation: No hand washing reminder sign posted at the hand washing sink in the corner by large tilt skillet in dish room.

Observation: Hand washing sink in the corner by large tilt skillet in dish room was blocked with baking equipment. PIC removed the equipment. A second hand washing sink will be set up at the single bay sink next to the dish machine. PIC supplied soap and towels. A hand washing reminder sign was already posted.
