    Observation:There is no thermometer in the dough cooler.

    Observation:Observed pizza boxes and breadstick clamshell boxes stored on kitchen floor.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation:Observed large gap in walk-in cooler floor - building appears to have settled.
  • Food storage, prohibited areas
    Observation:Observed ice buildup on outside of food bags and boxes in walk-in freezer - condensation is a potential contaminant if it is allowed to contact food.
