Observation: Several boxes of cookies-food stored on the floor in dry storage area. Manager stated the cookies are shelf-past due and need to be discarded. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Corrected on site.

- Drying mops
1) Need a cover for at least one of the waste recepticle in women's RR for feminine product disposal. 2) Wet mop resting in basin of mopsink, position to allow to air dry, either on hook or draped over the bucket.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Coving missing in Men's RR along wall containing plumbing fixtures, must repair to make area smooth and cleanable and to protect the wallboard. Repeat violation.
