      Pump for quat sanitizer supply broken and is using a quat based disinfectant that is not designed to be left air dry therefore not appropriate for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Will use manual measuring method to prepare the quat sanitizer til get pump mechanism replaced. Current solution was at 400 ppm today from disinfectant, too strong, needs to be 200 ppm for food contact surfaces of proper sanitizer for the surfaces. Corrected on site.
    • Smoking area: designated/posted (Smoking prohibitions in public buildings: signs posted, ashtrays present, smoking observed. IAC 641-153)
      Need smoking signage at all entrances to building, is posted in gym by food delivery area. Example signage left with office.
